Great experience with James Heggie. James re‑boarded my inner-city terrace balcony and did an outstanding job. He was responsive, clear, and very accommodating with timing. He’s a professional with decades of experience — direct and honest about what’s required — and the workmanship shows it. The balcony looks fantastic. Highly recommended.

James was very helpful designing and organsing everything, he is personally trustworthy and first class! He and his team always on time, did a top professinal job on two of our decks around the pool and outside our kitchen. He then organised concreters to replace sunken old sandstone flagging and made our back yard look new again. He always answered calls or called back after leaving VMs. This is a quality group and his costs were both competitive and reasonable.
