I have used Timber Creek for 2 years. Meaning 2 installs and 2 removals I was on site only for the first removal. They did an excellent job, very satisfied. The next spring the install was done, I was not on site, but when I arrived later it appeared to be done ok. Then spring of 2024, I had installed cameras November 2023, they used their barge lift system to gently lift my pontoon lift into the water. BUT they did not used their lift system on my docks. I'm extremely impressed with how reliable and professional Timber Creek Dock and Lift Service is. No matter the lake conditions or how busy they are, they ensure our dock, pontoon lift and jet ski lifts are in the water right on time. Beyond this, they go the extra mile to please their customers. This year, they made two extra visits to ensure my lift was positioned to my exact specifications, even when I was being unreasonably particular. We bought a dock from Timber Creek last fall. The experience was very smooth. They removed our old dock and delivered the new one on time. It was a very easy bunch of folks to work with. Highly recommended!
