We purchased a lot on a lake just north f Huntsville in 2020 and spent weeks looking for a builder. Many never responded or bothered to get back to us, till we reached out to Tamara at Timberblock. Lessons learned from my Timberblock build. 2020-2021. Turn-key build - all good until they started building. We've been here two years now. I have a nice solid Timberblock home. It was very expensive. There were a lot of extra costs resulting from poor management of the subtrades. As with any build, there were deficiencies - many of which were fully addressed by Timberblock, and many weren't.
