Waiting waiting waiting, i suggest you buy in an estate where you know people have gotten into their house in a suitable amount of time, the amount of delays with this block is absurd. They don't care and they make you wait and wait and wait. We would've just bought if we had known it was empty promises about settlement. Now in November and apparently anyday but lets see how much longer any day is to them.
Nic has been amazing throughout our journey. We saw him yesterday and he showed us our block 🥰. Not long to go now before we start building 😍
