I had a very positive experience during my stay. Doctors and nursing staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel safe and well cared for throughout the process. The food was also surprisingly good and well prepared, which made my stay much more comfortable. I truly appreciate the care and support I received. Thank you to the whole team for your dedication and compassion.

I visited the Emergency Department because my child had a high fever. As a Korean mother who isn’t fluent in English, I was incredibly anxious and felt helpless, unable to fully explain the urgency of the situation. However, Bhel was an absolute angel to our family. Not only was she incredibly kind and professional, but she also has a remarkable ability to understand Korean, which was a huge relief. Third world healthcare at a first world price forgot me for four and a half hours causing bloodclots and Pulmonary Embolisms just about killing me apoligies on discharge papers and sent me home drugged up to die .... massive battle on my part just alive barely complications will haunt me for life . Thanks overpaid underworked unprofessional
Huge shout out to the ladies in the Maternity ward, you ladies are amazing! And an even bigger shout out to Paris, Linda and Nicki who made me feel so safe to be vulnerable after my c section. You ladies were so amazing, it was so nice to feel supported during that time. My stay was great, as always. I never got to say good bye, but I just want you all to know how much I appreciate you all. The women who give birth there are so lucky to have you all. Thank you so much
