Outstanding service. I was in a bind with a customer and couldn't find a longer than usual drapery rod. I called them, spoke to Liz and she pulled out all the stops to help me out. Dave found the rods I needed, and had them pulled and ready to go when I showed up. Even gave me a contractor rate although I've never done business with them before. This is the way to run a business! I would recommend them to anyone looking for real service!
We had a great experience, from start to finish, working with Timans. They installed the residential vinyl curtain system from Magnatrak for us on our back deck. Matt and Ken with their team were extremely professional and efficient, answering all questions along the way. Would highly recommend both their products and their people.

WOW! What a great team and what a great job these folks did in converting our screened in porch from an ugly pit to a showcase we enjoy every night. Our friends and family LOVED it. Everyone on the team was so great to work with. So professional, listened to every request and concern and if there was anything that wasn't quite right for us they made it right no questions asked.
