This place is absolutely horrible and horrendous. I’m mad that I even have to put 1 star! Today, June 24th 2026 I called one of the ladies at this location and for my 6 year old daughter for regular box braids, she gave me a price over the phone and we both agreed to it. This establishment came highly recommended so I made an appointment for 8am. When I arrived 3 people were getting their hair braided already. 2 were waiting and then another person arrived after me with an appointment like me. Her hair was stsrted before mine. I waited for 4 damn hours for nothing. I got up and left, they're very unprofessional and I wouldn't step foot in the establishment again. Horrible place. If I could give it a zero I would.

I visited the salon on February 22, 2021, around 10:00 a.m. I was finally seated around 12:00 p.m. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. During the appointment, the stylist handled my hair extremely rough, causing pain to my scalp by repeatedly pulling and yanking my hair while braiding.
