These reviews are crazy I’ve been goin here my whole life best braiding shop n Trenton..appointments may be a little off sometimes but that’s only because they are booked and busy everyday! Especially if everyone is gettin braids..
They charged me 200$ for medium-large braids ( that only lasted about 2 weeks) , i saw multiple bugs (roaches) around the shop, at one point one crawled on my feet. When i informed them about it, they acted like they couldn’t understand what i was saying, which is ironic because when i was talking about pricing everything was clear. Do not go here there are better places.
This place is absolutely horrible and horrendous. I’m mad that I even have to put 1 star! Today, June 24th 2026 I called one of the ladies at this location and for my 6 year old daughter for regular box braids, she gave me a price over the phone and we both agreed to it. I called later to confirm the appointment she tells me she’ll call me back. Waited an half hour still no call back I had to call her back myself. This establishment came highly recommended so I made an appointment for 8am. When I arrived 3 people were getting their hair braided already. 2 were waiting and then another person arrived after me with an appointment like me. Her hair was stsrted before mine. I waited for 4 damn hours for nothing. I got up and left, they're very unprofessional and I wouldn't step foot in the establishment again. Horrible place. If I could give it a zero I would.
