I texted the stylist that I wanted twists 2 days before my appointment. She seemed to agree on the style. The day of she calls trying to cancel on me as I'm driving there saying I'm running too late but it was really because I wanted twists. She explained that they don't do twists...... And they were only available for box braids that day. I really wanted my hair done so I agreed to get box braids instead.
