Will never use or recommend State Farm again. My wife and I held a policy for 16 years, haven't once missed a payment mind you in the past 16 years. Unfortunately though we had a hardship that we struggled to make 4 months worth of payments BUT we made good and paid all the months up to date. A few days after making the over $600 payment to get caught up they decided to cancel our policies and said there was nothing they could do on their end. I am a policy holder for years with State Farm. In 2022 I requested a premium review by Tim Williams after seeing multiple increases on my policy. Tim’s written response was a comparison of my premiums vs comprehensive claims I had and said, I’m ahead on what I got from my coverage. Fast forward, 39 months later, I receive a refund check with his name on it and he was not aware it was even being sent to me.
