I am a policy holder for years with State Farm. In 2022 I requested a premium review by Tim Williams after seeing multiple increases on my policy. Tim’s written response was a comparison of my premiums vs comprehensive claims I had and said, I’m ahead on what I got from my coverage. Fast forward, 39 months later, I receive a refund check with his name on it and he was not aware it was even being sent to me.
