Shop around for a different agent. Tim & his team at this location oversell & underdeliver. Very unprofessional & untrustworthy. Poor communication & attitude. They give rehearsed responses to questions & become aggressive when they can't provide logical responses or persuade customers to buy into their snake oil pitch. Tim & his team make it obvious that commission is their top priority.
All employees are very nice and understanding. Prices are extremely affordable.
