I made the mistake of paying him before he finished up the job. He didn't finish up the job. Sloppy painting, used a sprayer and got it on the windows and left them that way. Rushed the painting of the shutters and they are all bubbled up, very poor job. We asked for Benjamin Moore paint but I have my suspicions that he bought the cheapest paint; I never saw a can.
