Tried getting in gave me the runaround no call backs not recommended
Never again dont waste your time
I over heard the receptionist arguing with a former customer and I heard yelling, talking back, and no pursuit to help the customer at all. I’m not going back for the terrible service. Truly was unprofessional and I don’t know how they stay on business.
Absolutely unacceptable. I called as a paying customer and was immediately brushed off. When transferred to a second representative, I was met with attitude, arguments, and blatant disrespect instead of help. Arguing with a customer and trying to “correct” them rather than listen is beyond unprofessional. This company clearly has no customer service standards, no accountability, and no respect for clients. Take your money elsewhere. Come on get it right.
