Our initial appointment was canceled, and we were told they would reschedule. My husband called back, spoke with the owner, and was able to reschedule, but no one ever showed up. I called the morning of the appointment, spoke again with the owner, to confirm and gave my name and phone number but there was no indication that they were unaware of the appointment, I was told they would "check" to see who was going to do the job. I recently made an appointment with this company and was very disappointed. No one every showed up to do work, and I never recieved a phone call letting me know that noone was coming. I would highly recommend finding a more reliable electrician.
