This business was the best ever. Tim fixed my alko sway system on my caravan. He went way and beyond what I ever expected. I am eternally grateful to him and all his kind staff. They are the BEST. 2 years on I have still been dealing with them and have never stopped being impressed with their competence knowledge and courtesy. Their charges are very reasonable for such excellent work and customer service by all staff. It's been a long haul thank you to Tim, Jill, and Sharon.
I was 1500km from home, in Bowen, when my Mazda 3 starter motor died. I showed up on Tim’s doorstep at 7am and he did an inspection and confirmed the diagnosis while I waited, and for a very reasonable price. While he didn’t have the parts to do the repair he confirmed that they were available in Townsville. Thankfully it was a manual car. Top marks to Tim for generously assisting a traveller in distress.
Fixed our ford ranger so we could continue on our camping trip at a drop of a hat even though they are flat stack. Too tier service mate thank you
AUTHENTIC ANGELS! Me and my girlfriend have been there with our van for an inexplicable energy drainage because of which the battery was keeping on going completely flat. Since we sleep in our van we were pretty much worried about it but they have done an amazing, massive and frustrating job in little to no time, explaining us everything in details and working with effort to find and solve the problem by the end of the day.
