I had an excellent experience with Tim Waltrip Allstate Insurance, and particularly with Christen. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure I was satisfied with both my coverage and my premiums. That level of customer service is becoming very rare. I had a great experience working with Grayson at Allstate. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly walk me through my coverage options instead of just trying to sell me the cheapest policy. What stood out most was how honest and knowledgeable he was. He helped me find ways to save money, but also clearly explained where cutting costs too aggressively could leave me underinsured and create bigger financial problems down the road. I have been with Allstate for about 12 years. Over the last few years I have always had a great customer experience with Chelsea. In fact, if she ever left I don't know what I would do. She is always up front and tells me what I might need to add to my policy, as well as things to leave alone. I appreciate her knowledge and always takes time to answer my questions.

Christen Potter with Allstate was prompt in the questions that have came up when shopping around for my first home insurance coverage. I appreciated her patience in going through the quote/coverage details. When looking into my coverage for the house. She got us to switch from our current auto insurance to Allstate to bundle.
