Recently dealt with Blaine on updating my auto and life insurance, he was great. He took the time to explain everything to me, all my options and changes we made. He also went above and beyond to get the shop inspecting my vehicle a copy of my insurance card when I forgot to leave it!
awful office and very poor customer service. they continued to charge us for 6 months on a car that was totaled. they blamed it on us because they claimed we never told them to take it off the policy, which is a lie. also they sold us insurance and then called back a couple months later to say how deplorable our insurance was. total lack of class. save yourselves the headache and go somewhere else
