Tim was great from the start. We were referred to him by a mutual friend and despite us being a being a bit of a difficult client, he took the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for. He listed our house, set up the Open House and we got an offer in 3 days. Found our new dream home, made the offer and got under contract quickly. Willing and able to drive just about anywhere, anytime and even down dirt roads, we drug him down many and I think he secretly enjoys it!
