Tim contacted us right away when we were interested in buying our first home. He was very knowledgeable about how the process worked and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We had a lot of questions for him and he always had an answer. He is the most experienced I would say without a doubt. The best part was he wasn't pushy and met us anytime even on the weekends. Tim helped me buy one house and sell mine. He kept on top of things, even covering items the seller's realtor should have taken care of. Highly recommend!

great communicator. friendly, professional. on time for all appointments. a true professional at his job . would highly recommend. he showed us what we asked of him and some. tim took care of a couple snafoos and assured us that everything would work out..... and it did just as he said.
