Went and saw Tim in January, having started the year at 95kgs (55yo male). Had 4 sessions over 4 weeks with Tim, and am now (in mid-April) down to 83kgs, still losing around half a kilo per week (would like to get down to 80kgs). Thanks Tim!
Currently on day 26 of no smoking and I have to say I’m absolutely amazed at how quick and effective my session with Tim was. Couldn’t recommend this more highly!

I booked to Quit smoking. Have smoked on and off for years, After one session I no longer have any urges to smoke. The "homework" is a really useful aide in reenforcing the mind. Definitely recommend anyone wanting to stop smoking to try this out.
