I was compare shopping to change my home/auto insurance & my daughter referred me to her agent( Tim). Tim was not in when I visited his office, but was assisted by one of his agent by the name of Presslie. I was satisfied with the quotes provided and she was able to answer my questions as in explaining everything in the quote.
