mike and tim came out for a system clean and they were amazing! during the service, they diagnosed a couple of smaller issues and fixed them at a very, very reasonable price. it is very clear that tim runs an honest, hard-working business and his employees are top in the industry! will absolutely continue to use them and recommend them to friends in the future.
Very unprofessional and dishonest. Made an appointment and he did not show up on two occasions. Bad communication and would not reply to texts or calls at times. Said he would call back and never did. Do not recommend.
Dishonest. My ac was under warranty and he told me it wasnt. Told me to pay up when I called the company they told me it was under warranty and that i needed to call him back for a refund. He stopped picking up my calls.
Tim is very nice and kind professional. Heating was not working over night but Tim provided a same day service and fix the issue less than 30 mins. Price was very very very reasonable
