Dishonest. My ac was under warranty and he told me it wasnt. Told me to pay up when I called the company they told me it was under warranty and that i needed to call him back for a refund. He stopped picking up my calls.
Tim is very nice and kind professional. Heating was not working over night but Tim provided a same day service and fix the issue less than 30 mins. Price was very very very reasonable
Tim is very nice and cheaper than others. But you get what you pay for. He cut some corners on our HVAC installation that had to be fixed later. He also stopped showing up for biannual maintenance.

Update Jun 2024: Again, Tim and Sons continues to be an outstanding company. Utilized them to service another home and replace the AC Unit. Same comments as below.
