I called Tim and Son for a flat tire on a large equipment trailer at a house I was staying in. The lady that answered the phone was very polite, said it might be a while since they were on another call. She said she would call when they were on their way. About an hour later she called and they came. It was pouring rain when they got there. I just knew they were going to wait the rain out before starting putting on the new tire. But they didn’t!
