Worst marine mechanic ever. I hired Tim Smith to reinstall the out-drive on my boat, normally a 1 hour job. After watching Andy screw around with it for 2 hours I was told it was done. I took the boat to the boat launch and put the boat in the water. IT WOULD NOT SHIFT INTO REVERSE. I had to pull the boat out of the water and take it back to the yard.
