Just bought a brand new Jeep, and took it to Tim Short because the alignment was slightly out, pulling to the right. Had an appt for 8am, 2 hours later, they came and said it would be another 4 hrs. Took 6 hours for a 45 minute alignment job. Left and it felt a little off, but I just wanted to go home. Turns out, they aligned it with the steering wheel off center, making it pull hard to the left if you try to drive without it turned to the right. Aaron turned what felt like a disaster into a manageable circumstance. I called over the phone about an emergency service and Aaron was able to call and have the parts delivered so that my car was taken care of the following business day, and for less than what the dealership in Lexington were quoting me. As a member of this community in Morehead, I appreciate their dedication to not overcharge and to care about us as people!
