Went to test drive a escalade that was listed for 31,500 drove 2 hrs to see it. Vehicle was filthy inside food in the cubby holes in doors, crumbs all over the floor, French fry in door, etc. Got in to test drive no Ac hotboxed it down the road. Transmission made a horrible noise. Offered them 4K less if would fix AC and check Transmission told us they could get that at auction. Our 21 Gladiator got some paint issues with the aluminum corrosion. Still under warranty, so while we got it at TS of Morehead, TS of Hazard is local for us. The warranty department got it to their body shop who replaced, not just repaint , but replaced all panels, and dealt with Jeep on costs and loaner vehicle. Very happy with work and Staff at Tim Short of Hazard.

Went down to this dealership approximately two weeks ago I would say June 2 June 3. My daughter had been in contact with a salesman for a week before we drove down to this dealership to see the Mustang Mach-E 2021.Well we get there after 5 1/2 hours of driving Get to see the car we get in the car so we could test drive the vehicle first issue was the light illuminated saying that the doors were a jarred nobody could answer as to why it was illuminated.
