I didn't have to wait very long and someone got to me quickly. Insurance is Insurance... A necessary Evil if you ask me? We came to an agreement that was within my budget. Therefore, I was content.

Was in a car accident not my fault. Yet they penalized my policy costs to reflect that I was the at fault person. No authority assigned fault to me nor was I given a ticket. Even the insurance company Allstate of the person whom wrecked my car asserted 100% responsibility. Damages on the car; my car hit, was done by the person that hit me. All determinations where made based from personal statements not actual fact provided by an authority of the government entities.
