Was in a car accident not my fault. Yet they penalized my policy costs to reflect that I was the at fault person. No authority assigned fault to me nor was I given a ticket. Even the insurance company Allstate of the person whom wrecked my car asserted 100% responsibility. Damages on the car; my car hit, was done by the person that hit me. I am honestly so over this place. I set up my policy with them last year and was paying over $480 for one car. I was told that adding everyone in my household would lower my rate. Later, I found out I had actually been paying an extra $100 per month to have my younger brother added to my policy. He does not drive my car. The only reason I agreed to add him was because I was explicitly told it would reduce my payment. When I asked for an explanation as to why I was told this, they had no answer.
