Tim did a marvelous job. His knowledge of the local housing market was invaluable. He provided me with comprehensive insights into various neighborhoods, highlighting the pros and cons of each area based on my lifestyle and budget. I appreciated his patience as he walked me through the options. He was always prepared to answer my questions and address my concerns.
Tim was outstanding on helping us get our house. He was always responsive and was always helping us on answering any questions we had. If something didn’t look right on any document that was provided to us we would let Tim know and he was on top of it right away. Tim has very good negotiating skills and will try his best to get you the best deal possible. He has a ton of references and always knows who to call to help get a better deal.
