Absolute best Realtor I have ever dealt with! Every step of the process was seamless. Tim sold my home in less than 2 weeks when other homes in my neighborhood had been on the market for months! Not to mention, his wife Shea Sherman with First Coast Mortgage was also a fantastic lender. Both very knowledgeable and made this moving process an absolute pleasure!!! Highly recommend both of them to anyone buying or selling.
There are a lot of realtors out there, but Tim is one of the good ones! He genuinely cares about people, works incredibly hard, and always put their clients first. His communication was amazing, his knowledge of the market was impressive, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable.
