My husband and I have been State Farm customers for at least the last 2 years. We receive incredible customer service from Ryan and Nick. You can talk to a real person in minutes, and they always answer either our emails and/or phone calls. Recently we rented a car in our latest trip, and Ryan recommended to add the UNOC (use of non-owned cars) coverage, in the event there was an accident. Ryan and Nick are very knowledgeable and there is always a willingness to help us. We are glad we switched from Allstate to State Farm.
Nick is very good and helpful. Helped me transfer car insurance policy from different state over, followed up on prorations, helped get me renter's insurance with my brother and helped transfer my brother policy over to include with mine as so we don't pay more, if anything less. Attention management: Give that man a raise!

Chris has been great! He cut my insurance in half compared to the my old insurance company and with better coverage. He's been professional and has followed through on everything he said he was going to do. He's been patient and answered every question we've had.
Nicolas is amazing! He is always helpful, responsive, and communicative! This office, specifically, makes me happy I chose State Farm.
