Came as a referral from a local friend, felt, confident after speaking with woman in the office on Tuesday they would work out. Let her know what I needed, to schedule a faucet, toilet and washer shut off replacement for a week and a half out. Said would see if he or one of the boys would do it and call me back. That Friday, Monday and Tuesday leaving messages, never had a return call. If the job was out of scope just let the client know. Had to find someone else to complete the work with less notice.

In a pinch, I needed a plumber to replace the elements in my hw tank. Off Google maps I chose Tim Schmidt Plumbing because he was close to my rural locale. He told me when he'd come by, and did on a Friday afternoon (you usually cannot depend on any one, on a nice Friday afternoon at the lake!), and had me fixed up in an hour! And a very reasonable fee!
