Used Tim in the past- even a month or so ago. Our unit broke down we called him again and he was out of town so he referred us to his son. The son never responded to our calls or texts. We tried Tim again who said he would come out Friday. Never showed and never called us to let us know. We still gave the benefit of the doubt and tried again Monday and he didn’t respond at all. Let’s hope there was some sort of emergency preventing his response. This is bad business practice. We are VERY disappointed!!

I called to have my furnace looked at because my pilot light wouldnt stay lit. He told me he would take care of me after 1130 and he never showed or called or text me back i had to find another tech as i needed it fixed today. horrible at communication avoid this guy.

Called Tim on a Saturday afternoon in a blizzard, he made it to me and diagnosed the problem within a few hours. Got the part ordered and the system up and running in no time. Tim was very polite and easy to work with. We couldn't have had a better outcome for the price!

Our 33yo furnace finally bit the dust. Called Tim and he was out that same day. Took a look and gave me my options. It could be repaired, but we chose to just have a new one installed. They were out the next morning and gone by noon. Great work, great staff that showed up and above all a very good furnace at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them highly!

During a major heat wave, I reached out to several companies to repair my downed air conditioning. One said they’d call back but never did, and another simply told me, “We’ll get to you when we can.” Tim Sargent, on the other hand, responded quickly, was friendly, professional, and completed the job the next day at a very fair price. I highly recommend Tim and his crew, I will definitely use them for all future heating & cooling needs!
