ZERO, that's what I would rate this place. He left me a MESS of water all over my hardwood floors and never attempted to clean it up. Took me hrs to clean up afterwards. He didn't do everything that was discussed. I told him about it before he left, and he made NO ATTEMPT to make it right. TIM, you know that was WRONG! Shame on you! I hope this post takes $$ outta yer pocket some day! I am very upset with your LACK of PROFESSIONALISM!!! Please SHOP ELSEWHERE
