Brandon and Mike came to my rescue installing a hitch on a new truck, and repairing a tear on my fifth wheel roof. Brandon answered all my questions and concerns with a lot of patience, and he found a critical missing part. He was pleasant and without the arrogance I have frequently found with RV repair people. Mike was very skilled and careful doing tricky work. I am VERY happy with the results. I empathically recommend their services.
We were having difficulty with our electrical system while we were very far from home. We thought there were serious problems with our RV. Brandon was so amazing working on our RV to get it back up and running. He diagnosed the problem and also fixed it quickly. He could have overcharged for the service but was incredibly honest and fair. I have the highest regards for the honesty and integrity of Tim's RV.
Tim's had the exact unique electric cable we needed in stock to replace our damaged one. Also picked up a new surge suppressor. Both items reasonably priced with discount. Staff took care of us and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you!
