We dropped our truck off on 01/05/26. We believe the cam and lifters are bad. By 01/08/26 we had not heard anything. Called and was told it had been driven and that it was a valve train issue and it would need to be torn down to investigate. We were told work would begin on 01/12/26. The truck was parked and never moved again. By 01/14/26 we went and picked the truck up as no work was being done, and the truck is a daily driver. Spectacular service
As always, Tim and his crew have always went above and beyond for mine and my boyfriends vehicles... He's one of the best shops in East Tennessee. I now live in Virginia and I drive almost 2hrs just to come to him. Hes the only guy I trust to even touch our custom rides.. Tim Roberts, you're the man!!
