Tim, Angela, and their team are true professionals from the start. When they first came to my house for the first meeting, they brought the whole team so that they could give me an accurate estimate. There weren't surprises throughout the construction process, and the project was completed within the time frame as stated in the contract. I didn't live on the property during the construction, but from what I heard from the neighbors, the team was responsible and respectful to my neighbors. For this, I am thankful!
I consider Tim Ryan Construction to be my partner in this passion project of mine. Restoring a 1924 Craftsman Bungalow to its former self, with an eye to today. Tim and his crew are talented and their solutions are practical, cost effective and yet maintain the character of this charming home
