Great agent to have. He treats you more like a family friend than just a customer.
We have been Allstate members through Tim Rowan’s leadership for at least 15yrs. They ALWAYS take care of our insurance needs and answer any questions we have. Tim is great about getting back to me if I need anything!
Good services
Repetitive problems with this agency. Took over $650 one time which I had to wait almost a month for reimbursement. Last month got charged $260 supposedly for 3 months ahead of time, today I get charged $116 how when my policy is $86 a month.?!!!!!
One of the girls told me that the only way they can give me a auto code is that by bundled up home and auto policy together
