Absolutely horrible service. Do not go to this State Farm office. Do not even deal with State Farm. Horrible insurance company. The Tim Rosene office cannot even handle the simplest changes in a timely manner and you will end up paying a much higher amount because the changes were never made. I ended up canceling my State Farm insurance. After 6 months the changes are still not made.
Tim Rosene and the Rosene Team of Constance and Trystan are always in top form and whenever I have a need (whether it be a form, a new policy or a claim) they are right there to help and guide. Quite Simply - they make insurance easy!
We've been customers with Tim Rosene's State Farm Agency for over 20 years and they are OUTSTANDING. They're customer service is amazing. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else.
