Tim was such a huge help with our land purchase! He always got back to us quickly and made sure we understood everything about the property. His knowledge and honest advice made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with!
Tim was with us every step in the home selling process. We met beforehand, he gave us tips for getting our house ready. Our pictures were incredible. Then we met to set the price- we looked at other homes in the area and came up with the best price for us. Tim did a “coming soon” to peak interest and get showing appointments. We listed it, had a showing then a full price offer on the first day. Tim kept us informed every step of the way. This was a great transaction!
