Tim did an excellent job with finding an investment property for us. He was thoughtful and insightful about what we should consider and clearly had our best interest at heart. He is friendly and caring but also professional. We couldn't ask for a better experience. We will definitely refer him to our friends and work with him again.
We found Tim on Zillow and he was awesome from the very beginning. We had a wild ride with finding a house. First we were looking for land to place a modular home and Tim helped us with contacts with the city and county to determine everything we would need. Then we pivoted and starting looking for a house to buy. We looked at 15 houses in one day and Tim was so patient with us. He was always responsive and super nice. I could not recommend him enough!
Tim was amazing, through what felt like 100s of properties and months of searching he stuck with me and made the process very simple. Reccomend Tim for anyone buying their first or 10th home.
