Tim Rhodes Properties have substandard apartments. Pity if you need repairs.Tim was personally notified that neighboring tenants had attacked me. A male and a female. The female was not a tenant something they tell you is not allowed. They did not have any concern for a tenets safety. Then after the male tenant almost beat me too death. Major Rice he has been charged with second degree felony assault. I had to move for my safety they refused to give me a refund on my deposit. Well I guess they maintain their aircraft as well as they do the apartments.
So, after living in a Tim Rhodes Properties apartment for nearly 3 years I get a letter today that states upon inspection the damages to my apartment were $360. One hundred of that for cleaning, and $260 for nail patching/fresh paint. My deposit was $300 but don’t worry y’all... they’re not going to charge me the extra $60 because I always paid in advance, on time, and gave notice... Where should I start?
