The guy from the morning was super friendly and speedy, he got to the situation right away. The next two guys that came to fix the problem were also speedy and very friendly!
Jarod came out to install our new dishwasher. He did a great job with installation. After a few days we noticed a small amount of water near front bottom of dishwasher. After wiping it up we checked again the next morning and same thing. We called Rausch and they were able to get Eric out to us in a couple hours. After investigating all areas, Eric found a small imperfection in the water supply hose that came with the dishwasher. There was just a small drip. Daniel was polite, friendly and professional. He went through what he would do. He was on time and worked effecianly.
Eric and Phil came over to address an issue with frozen pipes. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and worked quickly. Loved that they took a few minutes to discuss some safety issues with our kids. Will definitely be calling them in the future for some planned projects!
We had the pipes under our kitchen sink redone and up to code. Danny and Eric did a great job. They were very professional and the job was done in a more than reasonable amount of time. Would recommend and refer others.
