Ben was very informative and prompt. He resolved my issue letting me know exactly what he found and how he would fix the issue. He was friendly & not rushed to move on. Eric was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and reassuring that he could get the job done. He also was a great teacher to his apprentice and got everything done in less than an hour. Will definitely be calling again if I ever have future issues.
Tim (owner) & Ben were FANTASTIC! They are our new go to people when it comes to plumbing needs. We had 3 issues leaking: bathtub faucet and 2 outdoor hose faucets. We have used Rausch Plumbing several times. Always professional, pleasant. timely, and knowledgeable! Recently, after calling (Eric) Rausch in reference to a sump pump not working correctly, Danny was sent to our house to investigate and repair the problem. Danny was pleasant, friendly. and fixed our sump pump.Without a doubt, we will call, use, and work with Rausch Plumbing, They are great!
Eric came out last second and fixed what I broke. I will never put eggs shells and potato skins in a disposal ever again! Hahah thank you guys
