After 5 inches of rain overnight and this morning, our sump pump would not shut off unless I did it manually. I called Tim Rausch Plumbing and they had Phillip and Mike at my house this afternoon! They were GREAT! Answered all my questions, explained my options, were personable, and were very knowledgeable. They replaced our sump pump in about 20 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Tim Rausch Plumbing did the work on our new construction through our builder. The first week in our house we had an issue with the water heater. I called the after hours number for help. The gentleman who answered was so kind and helpful. He walked me through all the different steps and possible issues. In less than 30 minutes he was able to help me get the water heater back working. So thank you!
