I grew up in Wisconsin and feel like I have always known the TRP name. I am now the Manager of a business in Denver, CO and experienced not one but TWO plumbing related emergencies at work today. I called TRP, admittedly because I know the Office Manager, but BOTH TIMES I spoke to a Rausch themselves and they talked me through my problems. Even 1000 miles away TRP was available to help me - An incredibly thankful ‘customer’
We had Danny work on our bathroom sink leaks. He was timely, polite, educational and provided insight on next steps should we want to replace anything further or have him come back for future projects. It always helps to understand WHY something isn't working and Tim Rausch Plumbing is Best of the Valley for a reason!
I came home to a surprise sump pump failure on Easter Sunday. Eric was able to get to me quickly to replace it. So thankful for the timely and kind service! Would recommend and definitely would call them again… but hope I never have to! Thank you so much!
Had an emergency sump pump failure and ground water flooding. Eric came over on a Friday night and got things fixed quickly. He was kind, professional and made a stressful situation much better. He did quality work and even helped coordinate restoration. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!
