Mary and Tim were Amazing to work with. You dont find customer service like they provide anymore! Hottest day of the wear and Tim was able to come out and check on my air conditioner AND then make time to fix a plumbing issue I had. Can't say enough good things about this company!
Have had them out twice to fix the same plumbing issue, I was charged for correcting his own work, still not fixed and leaking into my basement
Both Mary and Tim were great. I had a non-urgent sink issue and they got it fixed promptly and were able to answer all my questions.
