Tim is an awesome real estate agent. He is super-responsive and patient. He assisted me with a complicated transaction in which I was purchasing a property out of my current state of Florida. He made himself available for the limited time I could fly up and cram in showings, assisted with video walkthroughs, and ensured constant communication for a timely and organized transaction. He's a lot of fun, too! I would recommend Tim to anybody that needs a competent, trustworthy agent. Working with him is a breeze!!
