I’m disappointed with my experience with this dental office. About two years ago, I had a scheduled appointment that I called ahead of time to cancel because my vehicle broke down and I had no reliable transportation at the time. I explained the situation and made it clear that I would reschedule once I had dependable transportation. Updated because I realized I should still give 5 stars for the dentist and the assistant with the pretty hair (sorry can’t remember her name) They were amazing. I won’t hold them accountable for the secretary. I would have given five stars, but unfortunately, my experience after the procedure has been extremely disappointing. I drove nearly two hours to your office and had all of my teeth extracted, only to leave without being prescribed antibiotics—even though I have an active infection.
