They need better follow up. Nice folks but it takes hours to get a return call. If you were dealing with an accident / claim - call someone back. 24 hours, really? No. I miss BILL COTTER!
i was a customer of theirs for how many years when they inherited me when Cotter (whom i loved) left the business - they took 18 months to complete a hurricane discount - 9 policies with State Farm - they never call you - but ALWAYS cash your checks - the worst agent i have ever dealt with and in 40 years of buying insurance i met a few agents - this guy is the worst.
