We had a very positive experience with Tim Menard Construction during the planning and construction of our new home. From start to finish, Tim was easy and pleasant to work with and open to our revisions to the plans, both exterior and interior. If I could give 10 stars I would! No better building team than Tim Menard Construction. He built our family home in 1991 and helped us with a complete renovation in 2025. We had planned on the renovation taking at least 4 months, but Tim and Taylor were at the house early every day, had the best crews, and got it done in a record 2 months! The house looks amazing with the updates and deserves a spot in Southern Living now. Best team for making your dream home / renovation project a reality.
