We completed our new build in June of this year. If possible, I would give him negative stars. It is hard to find the words to describe how horrible this process was and how unprofessional Tim McMahon is. He does not communicate with the client whatsoever. He would often not answer the phone for a week at a time. He would refuse to take meetings with us or sometimes not show up at all to scheduled walk-throughs.
