They kept our vehicle, which the State of WV was going to pay for the damages. Had to get it done within Two months. Two days before the voucher ran out they called and said they were not going to fix it, they didn't trust the State to pay. You had to have a repair shop in advance. So we didn't get the car fixed, and we were out of a State voucher to help pay. Totally unacceptable.
The worst place in the entire United States to let do anything to your vehicle! A liar and a thief!
