Company and it's employees dump animals in parking lots. Most recently kittens dumped in Antioch and caught on camera on Kune 27, 2026. Be careful where you spend your money.
We spent upwards of $40K (original estimate started closer to $25K, ended nearly 10K+ more by end of project) with Tim Lawlor Construction in 2019. Given that our home is relatively unique, there were not a lot of other options, so we were grateful to be able to have Tim Lawlor construction address many beams on our home which needed to be addressed/repaired. This review is long overdue. My wife and I bought our first home and decided to do a simple remodel to make it more comfortable for our new baby girl. Our originalcontractor promised a smooth and easy process....that was far from the truth. We found ourselves with a torn up house that was left in the dead of winter and not water tight. Tim and team came in and picked up the previous contractor's mess and provided a light into the end of a long dark tunnel. Tim and his team completed a whole house remodel for our Eichler home, which included replacing all underground plumbing, full kitchen and bathroom remodels, installing a Nana wall and pass-through window as well as a new floor to ceiling window. All new cabinetry was also installed and our washer/dryer was relocated to the garage. The tile work in the bathrooms was complicated and completed perfectly.
