Cannot say enough good things about Tim and his employee Mike! Great service and communication. I would highly recommend doing business with them!
Call him first. Extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose faster than any corporate/ automated system.
When my exhaust fan switch suddenly stopped working, I called Tim. He offered a possible solution over the phone. When that didn’t work, he offered to come over right then. It was back working in short order. I’m sure his schedule does not always allow such quick service, but I so appreciated his amazing responsiveness and professionalism. I will call him for any future electrical work.
I lost three outlets and one light it was not a breaker that had tripped .Mike was great ,He was on time , explained charges and found a couple of issues .He repaired them so everything was working .He checked over his repair before leaving . He also let me know of some things that I will need to update in future . He presented a reasonable bill for his work . I will call them again because of the great service and quality of repair .I have an older home . Thank You Tim Kunkel Electric !
