Big thanks to Dr. Kruse for helping side step a bout with Pneumonia while vacationing in Aspen, he was accessible and quick to diagnosis and offered immediate prescription which helped me avoid hospital time. I appreciate his genuine bedside manner, great communications, and personal follow up throughout my stay. I am grateful he was available to me and thankful for his services....
Everything is a constant sales pitch. From the appointments, to the concierge plan, to the products he recommends/retails. Felt very high pressure; and more about generating an annuity for his practice rather than my healthcare. Which, for the record, he totally misdiagnosed; so it caused pain, suffering as well as well as costing me time and money. (It was a simple malady, even the Nurse Practitioner at the pharmacy in CVS was able to properly identify, and treat).
