Had insurance from this office for over 50 years starting with Tim's dad. My dad had insurance there and much of my family has insurance in this office. They're like our family. ❤️
Incompetence isn’t strong enough a word to describe this branch of State Farm. The utter disregard for their clients and being continually LIED to is not what I would call good “customer service”. Good luck getting to talk with someone when actually calling the number as well. If anyone is looking to go with State Farm, avoid the Kleier branch like the plague!! I wouldn’t trust them to insure a bird house.
