I contacted Tim about car and rental insurance and not just heard back same day, I got the actual quote ridiculously fast and all information I could need— and in a readily available and easy to understand format. It was great to be able to make an informed decision and quickly. He also made sure to clue me in that while he’d be out of office for a few days who I could speak to in the mean time!
