Tim and son tried to clear the drain with a small snake/drill. They wanted to replace pipe instead. Good bye at $225 with nothing fixed. These two have a father/son routine. I saw it plain as day. All they tried to do was increase the charge with things that didn’t need to be. Next day Crowell Plumbing came out prepared with a power auger. Fixed!

We have used Tim many times. Used to be excellent at their job. We contacted them to install a new dishwasher. They needed 400.00 up front. Nick came 4 different times to install the dishwasher. Always had to leave before the job was done. Finally my husband called Tim because Nick didn't come back. Tim told my husband that they were not going to be able to finish the job. We had to call in another plumber. Had it done within 2 hours. E ded up costing us 800.00 to have a dishwsher installed. Wiill never use his service again... read more

I contacted Mr. Jones through the messaging service on their website. He responded to me later that evening and even called me. He was very nice and willing to help, which was great, but everything after that was not. We felt as if we were duped and that he may have been hard up for money. I contacted him because I thought our basement floor drain may have been clogged. We had a foul sewage smell coming into the basement. Jones Is by far the best Plumbing service in this area. They are great people with even better service. I 100% recommend
